MY INCOME TAX LIABILITY AFTER DEDUCTING TDS COMES TO RS 9500/- FOR AY 2010-11.
WHETHER ANY INTEREST LIABILITY U/S 234B AND 234C IS ATTRACTED WHILE PAYING 140A SELF ASSESSMENT TAX .

Since the tax payable for the assessment year 2010-11 is less than Rs.10,000/- interest under section 234B ad C will not attract.
