Interest from saving bank account

13 October 2014 i have a bank account with joint name with wife .whether interest income is included in my wife name
if first name is in Account Husband
but PAN card provided to bank of wife.

interest income is included in which name.

It can be claimed in 1st account holders name generally, however both can claim 50-50 also.
