My query is
Sir I am doing interstate Sale against form C, And Pass the entry Date- 10.02.2015, in Telly.
Party A/c Dr. ........................
To Central Sale ................................
To CST 2% ...................................
After That Close the Book of final Account 31.03.2015,
But Purchaser not sand the Form C .
I am not Change the previous year entry.
So Please Talk to me .
what pass the Entry next year

you insist Purchaser to Send C Form , other wise you have to Liable for Full Tax for Interstate Sale, Difference of Full Value -2% CST is you liability which you have to pay if you fail to provide C-form. the Demand can be Directly book Vat to Vat Payable During Assessment or VAT audit. If you Recover from Party than Debtor account Dr to Vat payable Credit.
