client having gross commission from insurance approx 3,00,000/- can i fil the item no. 51 in itr 4 or i have to fill the p/l a/c. do i have to fill the b/s aslo.

You have to fill up P&L A/c properly. Also prepare Balance Sheet and fill up the data in ITR ' s Balance Sheet.
