Hi,
i want to know that if any co-operative society want to accept donation from foreign company, org. etc than what are legal requirement to be full-filled by the Indian co. society

Indian Society has to get itself registered under Foreign Currency Regulation Act,2010(FCRA) before receiving the funds in India.
