Yes, If you are organizing a corporate seminar and hire an event management company for the event,(conferences, seminars, product launches, etc) and you also hire an outdoor catering service for attendees, (employees, guests, at events) both of these services would typically be eligible for ITC (provided they are used for business purposes).
