If i am a garment seller, can i claim itc on building materials which i purchased for construction.
If i am a garment seller, i paid gst on hotel rent can i claim itc on hotel bill.

1. No. Not available for self use.
2. Yes. Hotel room rental tax available for ITC. But, The bill is included your company name and GST number....
