Is Input Available on purchase of Refrigerator for use in Rented Property. We Receives Rent Every Month from There and Paids GST.

24 August 2020 Yes, you can take ITC on the regrigerator.You can modify the rent agreement to this aspect or take a request letter from the tenant for providing refrigerator.
