Can we avail input credit of services if we are registred under service tax as turnover cross 9 lac but not 10 lac and we are not charging serive tax from customer

20 January 2016 Once you have registered you have to collect service tax, input credit can be availed once you start collecting service tax .I.e from the date of registration.

21 January 2016 No registration is not the requirement of availing cenvat but the condition of nn 33/2012 to not avail cenvat if availing exemption
