Service Tax can availed on such charges?

07 September 2012 Service tax is chargeable by Bank and you can avail of service tax credit

09 September 2012 A provider of output service or a manufacturer can avail credit of any finance charge that are in relation to the provision of output service or in relation to manufacture of products as per Rule 2(l) of the Cenvat credit rules 2004. Hence as a provider of output service/maufacturer chq. bouncing charges can be claimed as cenvat credit.
