Can a Manufacturer take the credit on service tax on insurance of vehicle & assets. Which paid by itself. ?

Yes Manufacturer can take credit of Service Tax paid on Insurance charges of Vehicles and Assets, provided that such vehicles and Assets are used in the process of Manufacturing Activity, directly or indirectly.
