If a have imported a service than can i take the input of service tax paid on the services.

First of all you will be liable for service tax on reverse charge basis, and service tax shall be payable on value of service imported. Such amount of ST you will have to pay without claiming any cenvat credit but once you pay such amount of ST you can get the cenvat credit of it against other output service tax.
