INPUT ON PURCHASE OF AUTO CAN BE CLAIMED IF USED FOR DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDERS BY A GAS AGENCY.

Yes it can be claimed as it is used as a capital good for furtherance of business.

As the outward supplies are taxable, the vehicle used for transportation of goods , freight is already factored in sale price - in my opinion you can take credit.
