We have purchased car for Company use, against bank loan.Please let us know whether we can claim input credit
on GST @ 28% on such purchase ? if yes please mention referral section .

ITC on car purchased is available only if car is to be used in the business of transpiration of passengers or goods. 17(5)

Transpiration meaning is confusing ,could you please elaborate whether or not we are eligible for ITC,The car will be used for official purpose by the Director of the Company.
