Input credit of IGST

How input IGST credit is to be taken.
whether it can be book for credit from both output CGST/ IGST and balance if any from SGST also
please clarify

Firstly from IGST then from CGST & finally from SGST.

we have input credit of vat as on 30.06.2017 on stock on dat date ,
how I should book the credit entries
should we adjust opening vat first nd then gst

Take as VAT & then trf to GST.
