can we claim the input tax credit of tax paid on purchase and installed of AC's ( Split AC's) both in the Office and Showroom.

10 July 2018 If you are paying the normal rate of duty on supply of goods or services then you can avail the input services on these products.

10 July 2018 Sir, we are in to the supplying of home high end furniture which attract 18% GST. However, for the purpose of office use and show room use, we have purchased 6 nos. Split AC's and installed. Hence, our outward supply is taxable..
Therefore, what i have understood from your reply is that, if i am in to taxable outward supply, then i can avail the credit is that mean you have conveyed to me.

10 July 2018 You can avail the ITC benefits for the purchase of ACs...

13 August 2018 You can claim ITC on purchase of AC provided Bill will be in name of Co/Firm (Type of Assesses) and GST No. must mentioned in Co. Bill.
