Dear Experts,
If transporter shown gst sepretely in invoice i.e gst paid by transporter then can i take credit of such gst amount or pay under rcm plz suggest.

If transporter shown gst separately in invoice i.e gst paid by transporter then you can take credit of such gst amount.

Is transporter /GTA authorised by GST Act to collect tax
In my it is liabilty cast upon récipient to pay Tax under RCM. So is it not unauthorised collection by GTA
