22 September 2015 I have been supplied certain Raw Materials & Service from one of my supplier. He is covered under Composition Scheme under MVAT, hence charged me discounted rate of 8% on materials.

Can I avail MVAT on such VAT amount?

22 September 2015 you can not avail input credit if you purchase goods from supplier who opts composition scheme.
