Is it compulsory to submit DIN-2 & DIN-3 for new companies.

yes its compulsory

But one CS said that for new companies, DIN 3 is not compulsory, can you just confirm it from you associates.

DIN 2 & 3 are compulsory only for companies incorporated before 1st july, 2007. cos incorporated after this date, need not file it.

DIN-2 and DIN-3 is applicable to those directors who are appointed before 01/07/2007.

mr. kamal, how can u incorporate a co. without filing form 18 & 32? it is must to incorporate a co.
