17 January 2009 Is it compulsory to submit DIN-2 & DIN-3 for new companies.

17 January 2009 But one CS said that for new companies, DIN 3 is not compulsory, can you just confirm it from you associates.

17 January 2009 DIN 2 & 3 are compulsory only for companies incorporated before 1st july, 2007. cos incorporated after this date, need not file it.

17 January 2009 DIN-2 and DIN-3 is applicable to those directors who are appointed before 01/07/2007.
