i had lost my acknowlegement of A/Y 2011-2012 so is it possible to get information about lost acknowlegement if yes then give me its procedure or action which i should have to taken.

Did you e-file the return?
If you have filed your return electronicaly, then login to your account.
Under 'My Account', select '143(1)/Refund/154 Service Request'.
You can submit a request for 'Intimation u/s 143(1)'. You can select the option to receive by post or e-mail.

In case you have lost it before sending it to
CPC, you can find the information in MY RETURNS or if your software supports you may download ITR V also.

1. IT WARD person gives it free or charge some fee whether direct or in direct.
2. i does'nt got my refund of A/Y 2010-2011,as per sec.239 refund can be claim within a period of 1 yr from last day of relevant A/Y in prescribed form ie in my case 31/3/2012 but now i want to revise the return for claiming housing loan deduction U/S 80c which had not took in orignal retune and revise retune is also having a restriction ie31/3/2012 one yr from the end of relevant A/Y yr as per section 139(5).
so my question is if i revise then return and refund claim will accepted then whether refund is deposited in my bank a/C automaticaly or i have to collect manually
there is restriction in claiming refund but whether any period restriction in receiving of refund

Had we supported Anna Hajare, we can get such "free of charge" services from the IT Department also.

It depends upon you now. Looking to the importance of the document, sometimes we have to unzip our purse, for getting done the work of even our clients also.

I do not think that you can revise the belated return, legally.
.
However, if you become practical, you may file a revised return by claiming the Deduction U/s 80C to get enhanced refund.

It seems that, you are very much scared of with the department personnel. I can say that in IT Officers are very co-operative but a clap needs two hands.
