Information about export under ut-1 & duty draw back sheme

16 December 2011 Please tell me about export document under ut-1. we done last month 1 export under ut-1 & availing duty draw back sheme. so our shipping agent gave me enteral warehousing corporation copy, commercial invoice & Packing List dully attested by custom inspector, exchange control copy,form sdf,bill of lading non -negocable copy. Than I take FIRC to our bank & also ask to our bank about brc he told me you have filed brc & than give to hime above all document in orignal. So please tell can i clim to draw back amout & also tell me formalites about draw back amount. exchange control copy & export promotion copy both are diffrent or same.

17 December 2011 exporter fillup the ut-1 bond & central excise department accept it .

for claiming drawback first check the ststus of shipping bill in icegate.
