31 March 2011 can anyone tell me about to start the Industrial Training as i still have a 4 months period to complete my articleship of 2 years so after that can i go for industrial training and as i m confused about excess leave taken by me about 4 months so whether that excess leave can be cover under industrial training (Date of Regn - 24/07/2009 - date of completion of 2 year of articleship is - 24/07/2011 so i want to join remaining 12 months of IT. Can i go with Industrial Training for my remaining period of articleship.Plz reply soon as it urgently required.

31 March 2011 Aftr completn of 2yrs of articlshp that includes even ur extension period. So u need to serve in articlshp even for excess leaves taken under c.a firm, then only for remaining period of last 1year can b done in industrial training.

31 March 2011 As u joind ur artclshp on 24/07/2009. Thn ur 2yr period gets cmpltd on 23/07/09 plus additional leaves taken should b servd prior to joining indstrl traing. As requirment is 2 completd yrs of articlshp. For furthr doubts email me at cashriyansjain@gmail.com
