I want to know whether I am able to join industrial training, when my principal is not agree to give me n.o.c on the ground that i have learnt many things from them and so i can't go anywhere now. Even though i have successfully completed my 2 years of articleship

The principal cannot stop u from giving an NOC on the grounds that u have learnt everything from him. U canot stick wid ur principal forever.Moreover wen the Institue allows you to undergo Industrial Training the Principal shouldn't stop u from it on such unreasonable grounds.
I'll however advise you to check with the institute for more details.I'm not sure abt the reasons which principal can adopt to stop anyone from permitting for Industrial Training.
