08 September 2009 What is the exact period of Industrial Training for an articled assistant-9 months or 12 months?

Whether an articled assistant can opt for industrial training merely after intimating the principal three months in advance?

What are the remedies available for an articled assistant if his/her principal employer is not allowing him/her to join industrial training?

10 September 2009 You will be enrolled in Final (New Course).
Your attempt to Fianl examinations depend upon the commencement of your articleship. You need to complete two years of articleship period before first day of the month in which examination is to be held. If you get yourself registered in Final Course and join articleship on or before 31st October 2009, you will be elligible to appear in November 2011 exams.
