�I am currently doing CA Industrial training and my principal is going to leave this Company. Can you please suggest me what should i do in this situation and what's the procedure to do with ICAI?

You can change your principal if there is other CA working in the company.

Give an intimation to the Institute about the change. I feel no form need be filled any how confirm it by contacting the Institute.
