Dear sir
My principal signs form 109 but they said me thy cannot sign any other application except form 109 at the final year of training if there is any consent required to start a industrial training from current employer in written is it mandatory or is it ok with form 109

form 109 is mandatory. it has to be accompanied with a cover letter signed by both the principal and the article
