in ca course it is mandatory to do 3 years training programme

generally student can do 3 years of articleship under ca in practise
.
.
at the option of student can opt for industrial training only in last year of articleship
.

so however articleship is mandatory for 2 years you can opt for industrial trainig in lastyear only and it is also not mandatory
.

you will get corporate exposure in industrial training and better pay at the time of industrial training,,..

1. articleship is compulsory..industrial training is optional...so no comparison!! industrial training can be done maximum for a period of 12 months during last 1 year of the articlehip.
2. benefits of industrial training is that it gives you exposure to corporate practices and help you broaden your skill set..adds a good name to your CV and can also be helpful in securing a job with the same organization once you become a CA.
