03 August 2010 how can i get IDT (CENTRAL EXCISE,CUSTOM,SERVICE TAX , SALES TAX)case laws for last two yeears including 2010...plz. suggest a source where there is no subscription fee or if anybody having a paid access then plz.give me that info. on my ids vickky9384@yahoo.co.in AND vickky9384@gmail.com AND vijay9384@gmail.com..THANKS TO ALL THE EXPERTS OF CACLUBINDIA

03 August 2010 you can see recent case laws from Bangars book. you have another option for getting last 2 years case laws -- collect supplementary test papers of last3 attempts. in thease supplementary test papers you can find case laws very easy way.
