19 July 2011 while answering a question in indirect tax paper if it is asked answer on a basis of a decided case is it necessary to mention the name of the case. It increases the chances of error and it is difficult to remember the names of so many cases

19 July 2011 Mentioning name of the case is required to give good presentation.if you are not aware the case name. just give the act provisions only to avoid error
