01 November 2010 Is it Enough to study the select case laws issued by ICAI for the Indirect tax exam or is coverage of all case laws important. I have finished the Theory part and problems in IDT. I have limited time.

01 November 2010 I am using Vaitheeswaran's book for indirect tax. He has givena lot of case laws including old ones from 1989, 2004etc.. Are we required to study those too?

01 November 2010 Hi Ashwin,
Case laws given by ICAI is not exhaustive.
I mean that there is no guarantee that you will get those only in the exams.
Try reading other case laws also wherever you get them.
Old case laws are not very important
