13 May 2014 U must have to pass the resolution in the boards meeting & have to intimate ROC by filing the form as under:-

Increase in Share Capital - Form SH-7

Note:- The above form is applicable as per Companies Act, 2013.

13 May 2014 For further issue of capital -
i) Shares has to be valued and a certificate of valuation has to be obtained from registered valuer.
ii) Board of Directors has to pass a resolution.
iii) Form MGT-14 has to be e-filed.
iv) Return of allotment has to be filed in form PAS 3.
