Pl let me know the procedure for increase in authorised share capital and issue of shares at premium as per Co act.2013

U must have to pass the resolution in the boards meeting & have to intimate ROC by filing the form as under:-

Note:- The above form is applicable as per Companies Act, 2013.

For further issue of capital -
i) Shares has to be valued and a certificate of valuation has to be obtained from registered valuer.
ii) Board of Directors has to pass a resolution.
iii) Form MGT-14 has to be e-filed.
iv) Return of allotment has to be filed in form PAS 3.
