21 December 2009 How do I make payment for estamping? IS there a seperate form for making payment of stamp duty pertaining ot increased capital?

21 December 2009 See this is very simple.

First select the e-stamping mode in the form-5. When you upload the form 5 both ROC fee and stamp duty fee will reflect through challan.

Simply pay the challan as you normally pay.
