Increase of Authorised Share Capital

24 November 2008 Dear Experts,

Kindly guilde me what all e-forms company required to submit for its increase in its authorised share capital i.e from 4 crore to 5 crore.Company is private limited.

Please also breifly provide procedure.

24 November 2008 Form 5 is to be filed along with the altered MOA.

Also you have to pay the Stamp Duty on the increased amount, stamping is to be done on Form 5 itself.

Also Form 23 may be filed. Form 23 is compulsory if there is a special resolution.
