Manager (Legal) & Company Secretary
About me
I am a Company Secretary and Law Graduate. I have worked with various corporates including CMC Limited (A TATA Enterprise), Vardhman Group, Arcil (a company licenced as Securitisation and Asset Reconstruction Company by RBI under the SARFAESI Act) in legal and secreterial functions. Presently I am working with STAR CJ Network India Private Limited as Manager (Legal) & Company Secretary.
I have also been actively associated with the ICSI, as Management Commitee member of the Jaipur Chapter of NIRC of ICSI for 2 years, and worked as co-ordinator for various programmes like SMTP, ADP, etc. and as speaker at various programmes for the students and members of ICAI, ICSI and ICWAI on various topics related to e-filing/ Companies Act/ Personality Development etc.
