09 April 2010 is the company is bound to file Form 5 with ROC for increase of authorised capital of Section 25 Companies, if so what will be the fee?

09 April 2010 Yes, Form 5 is applicable even for Sec 25 Companies.

Fee for the same depend on exisiting authorised capital which you can calculate from MCA site from below link:
