Stamp duty Shall be higher of :
1.Rs 1000
2 0.15% of increased Authorised capital subject to maximum of Rs 5 Lakhs of Stamp duty less .15% of amount opf existing share capital subject to maximum of Rs 5 Lakhs of Stamp duty .
Which comes to Rs 600

so ,total amount comes to Rs 12600
