Incorporation of private limited company

We are into process of incorporating new private limited company. We applied for name availability which was duly approved. However, we could not file Form 18 and others in prescribed time. Please guide what should we do next ? We tried to reapply on same name but qurry was being raised that name is similar. Even we are not able to file required forms in earlier SRN as time period elapsed. pls guide....Thanks

Dear Yagnesh,
I am not sure if this will work, but there is a link on MCA after logging in under Services Tab as 'Apply for Company Name Renewal'.
According to that, it appears as you may renew the same name after the name gets expired. Please try it.

You file a new Form-1A giving details of SRN of name approved Form-1A there after the ROC will approve the same name.
