sir, if name will get approve then how to go about MOA & AoA and is it require to get MOA stamp FIrst then filluping the further form and how many copy of memorandum Do i require to print? company is small company with paidup capital of 1 Lac

please let me know the step by step procedure to file the MOA and the AOA on the MCA website and can i draft the MOA & AOA by my own & Do I need to file the MOA and the AOA on a stamp paper. but what after that.

Copy of MOA & AOA are required for many purposes like opening of bank account, registration under under authority, etc. For paying stamp duty on MOA you have to pay along with incorporation form inc 7

sir my name reservation period is going to expire within 3 days can i extend the validity period by filling renewal for name application form?? if not,
