02 January 2015 Would like to know what are the compliances for a company which is formed only for carrying out Research & Development wherein additional deduction @ 125% / 150% / 200% is allowed as the case may be if any company contribute in such company.

03 January 2015 most of them are NON PROFIT making companies.
Most of them are formed under Companies Act.
An application is required to be made to Science and Technology department, New Delhi for approval.
