I HAVE RE-SUBMITTED FORM-1. THE FORM WAS UPLOADED SUCCESSFULLY BUT, NO NEW SRN WAS GENERATED. OLD SRN IS SHOWING "PENDING FOR ACTION"
WHAT IS THE FURTHER STEPS I SHOULD TAKE TO COMPLETE THE INCORPORATION?

While resubmitting an e-form new SRN will not be generated. Check the transaction status with the SRN(old). With in a day or two from the date of resubmission, normally,the result can be seen.
