We apply for company incorporation through inc 29 route but roc rejected application on basis that name is resemblence with some other company and they give us suggestion that if u want to get that name ....firstly u should buy old dead company and then apply for name change of that old dead company to get name for which we applied earlier.
If roc officer reject application of inc 29 erarlier on basis of name resemblence error ,how can they provide same name through dead company route.
Is there is any provision in act or rules. plz guide me

There is no provision of dead company route under Companies Act, 2013
