Plz confirm is there any finalization for extention of date of efilling return?

gujrat, punjab, haryana date is extended to 31/10/2015
Mumbai HC as well as Orissa HC directed CBDT to extend the date by 1 month. CBDT is likely to issue the notification to that effect on 01/10/2015

Vide its order dated 30.09.2015 CBDT has extended due date only for the state of Haryana, Punjab , Union Territory of Chandigarh and Gujarat.
