18 November 2013 Dear Sir,
I would like to request you that,if in a case of Income tax scrutiny proceeding ITO had added maximum of expenses which have been shown in Profit & Loss A/c of my Accounts, and add back the expenses in my income, which I dont have its evidence which will adduce that the expenses which i have shown is correct,can any body help me out that is there any case references which will help me in Appeal.

18 November 2013 The orders are passed by6 authorities on the basis of evidence on record if u certainly dont have it then nothing can be done.

18 November 2013 agreed with Tushar,

it is mandatory for you to maintain documentary evidence for the expenses as per Fule 6F

18 November 2013 Thanks Sir,
But is it possible to maintain expenses which we dont have any receipt.
like traveling, printing & Stationery, General Expenses.
