tds should be deducted u/s 194c but co. deducted tds u/s 194j . a contractor fill return u/s 44ad . can a contractor fill return u/s 44ad but tds deducted u/s 194j... pls reply....thanks

If you are not professional and your business comes under section.44AD, you can avail. mistake in TDS certificate can be ignored
