I, the Legal representative want to file Income Tax Return of FY 2009-10 of a Deceased Person (died in March 2010). Whether i can file this late return now? Income Tax department has sent a notice for the same.

Every letter received from the department is
not a notice. Some times department issues friendly letters also.
