Dear All,
I want to file ITR 1 for the F.Y. 2013- 2014. I am doing this for the fisrt time.
I want to file return because i have to claim the refund also.
Can anybody help me with this.

Just download the itr via following link:-

Fill in the form. Generate it. and then upload it to the same sight by registering ur PAN.
