As the person is an individual and carrying on his business in individual capacity, therefore no need to file income tax return because taxable income of such person does not exceeds taxable amount as per income tax slab. However, if still you want to file ITR, then you may file ITR 4 for business or ITR 1 by showing income as income from other sources.
