I am getting a salary from my company on contract basis and they have deducted TDS on that payment u/s 94J. Please let me know which type of ITR form i have to file?

30 July 2013 If TDS deducted u/s 194J then it is your professional income and you need to file ITR 4.

In ITR 4, I don't have Balance sheet and P&L details. Is it mandatory requirements.
Pl guide me.

30 July 2013 Yes you have to fill B.Sheet and P/L.
