My one client has Residential house which is on her wife's name only on file not on any documents.
her wife wants to file income tax return.can she show house property in her balance sheet?

First of all it should be known as on whose name is this Residential Property registered .....And accordingly income from such HP should be taxable in the hands of the assessee on whose name it is registered...
