Sir, will it be proper if i file income tax return (Loss) without tax audit report in case the same is applicable for a company.

yes. it would be improper....audit report should be filed before filing the tax return...

In the circumstances where tax audit is pending for some reason or other, some companies do file income tax return before the due date, especially so when it is LOSS return. After the tax audit, they revise the return.
